01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

02 Eligibility

Access to and use of the san77 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the entire duration of their use of the Services:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a firm minimum age requirement with no exceptions. san77 applies a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so does not violate any applicable law or regulation. You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of san77 or any of its affiliated companies, game studios, or payment partners.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party. All wagers must be placed using your own funds and on your own account.
• You have not previously had an account on san77 that was closed, suspended, or self-excluded at your request or as a result of a breach of these Terms.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

03 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on the san77 platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity documents, email addresses, device identifiers, or IP addresses — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balance held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in all fields of the registration form, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You further agree to promptly update this information if it changes at any point during your membership.

The information you submit during registration will be used to conduct identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal is processed. The standard documents required for KYC completion include:

• A government-issued photo identification document (national identity card / KTP, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of the payment method registered to your account (e.g., bank account statement or e-wallet screenshot confirming ownership).
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, where requested by the san77 compliance team.

san77 processes KYC submissions within one business day in the majority of cases. Incomplete or inconsistent documentation will be returned with a request for clarification, which may extend this timeline. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification proactively, without waiting until a withdrawal request is made.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Currency: All Account balances on san77 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). There are no currency conversion fees. All deposit and withdrawal amounts are processed at face value in IDR with no deductions applied by san77 beyond any minimum transaction thresholds stated at the point of transaction.

Accepted payment methods: san77 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following local Indonesian payment channels:

• Indonesian banks: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata.
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and vary by payment method. san77 does not accept deposits from payment instruments that are not registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered Account holder. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players' funds. Withdrawals for fully KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes, 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Unverified accounts may experience extended processing times pending completion of identity verification.

Withdrawal conditions: The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• Your Account must have passed full KYC verification.
• Any active Bonus Funds in your Account must have met their stated wagering requirements in full, or been forfeited, before the corresponding real-money component of your Balance becomes withdrawable.
• Your Account must not be under any security review, compliance hold, or responsible gaming cooling-off period.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

san77 offers a range of promotional incentives to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and event-specific promotions tied to occasions such as BRI Liga 1 fixtures, the UEFA Champions League, Idul Fitri, and other calendar events. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this clause.

General bonus terms:

• Bonuses are credited to a designated Bonus Balance, clearly separated from your real-money Balance within the Account dashboard.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement (also called a rollover requirement), expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., ×10, ×20, ×30). The wagering requirement must be met in full using qualifying real-money wagers before any portion of the Bonus Balance or winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have a validity period stated in the specific promotion terms. Any portion of a Bonus Balance that has not been wagered and met its rollover condition within the validity period will be automatically forfeited.
• Wagering on certain game categories (e.g., live dealer Baccarat, low-margin sports markets) may contribute at a reduced rate toward bonus rollover. Contribution rates are listed in the specific promotion terms.
• Each promotional offer is limited to one claim per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• san77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with or without prior notice, without incurring any liability to Players.

Bonus abuse: Any attempt to exploit, circumvent, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, placing low-risk or arbitrage wagers solely to clear rollover requirements, or coordinating with other Players to benefit from a promotion — constitutes bonus abuse. san77 will void any wagers placed in connection with bonus abuse, forfeit the Bonus Balance and any associated winnings, and may permanently close the Account without a right of appeal.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

The specific rules governing each product category available on san77 — including sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and online poker — are published within each product section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating exclusively to that product, and these general Terms shall prevail in all other respects.

General betting rules applicable to all products:

• All wagers are final once confirmed. A bet may not be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player after confirmation, except where san77 has published a specific "cash out" or "bet edit" feature for a given market and the Player has used it within the time window allowed.
• san77 reserves the right to void any wager placed on a market that was offered in error, where the odds were manifestly incorrect, or where the event outcome was already determined at the time the wager was placed.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a wager, the decision of san77's trading and integrity team is final, subject only to the formal complaint procedure described in the Contact clause of these Terms.
• Minimum and maximum stake sizes apply to all products and markets. These limits are displayed at the point of wager placement and may be varied by san77 at any time without prior notice.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets are subject to specific rules regarding voided selections. Where one leg of an accumulator is voided, that selection is removed and the odds are recalculated on the remaining legs.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the san77 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform in any automated manner.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption related to the outcome of events offered on the sportsbook.
• Colluding with other Players on poker tables, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer product to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes on the Platform to place wagers at incorrect odds or in games that are malfunctioning.
• Using a payment method that belongs to a third party or is not registered in your own name.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or any interaction with the san77 support team.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited, whether by local law or by any restriction imposed by san77.
• Engaging in any conduct that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime under applicable law.
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security, integrity, or performance of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the san77 platform — including but not limited to the san77 brand name, logo, domain, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, video streams, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of san77 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from san77.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use san77's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically harvest data, odds, or content from the Platform by any automated means.

Any unauthorised use of san77's intellectual property may result in legal action and the immediate termination of your Account.

09 Privacy & Data

san77 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at san77.ws/privacy-policy and forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

In summary, san77 collects personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Verifying your identity and age (KYC compliance).
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
• Providing customer support and resolving disputes.
• Detecting and preventing fraud, money laundering, and other prohibited conduct.
• Complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
• Sending promotional communications to Players who have opted in to receiving them.

san77 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third-party service providers (such as KYC verification providers, payment processors, and game studios) only to the extent necessary to deliver the Services. All such third parties are contractually bound to process data in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

10 Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, san77 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express or implied — relating to the Platform and its Services, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

san77 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any of the following types of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if san77 was advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data, account access, or account balance resulting from circumstances beyond san77's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, denial-of-service attacks, or scheduled maintenance windows.
• Any direct or indirect losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its Services.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude san77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

Where san77's liability cannot be fully excluded, it is limited to the total amount of net deposits made to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Suspension & Termination

Closure by the Player: You may close your Account at any time by contacting the san77 support team via live chat or email. Before processing a closure request, san77 will confirm your identity, settle any pending wagers, and process any eligible real-money Balance as a final withdrawal to your verified payment method. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Self-exclusion: If you wish to close your Account as a responsible gaming measure, you may activate a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently via the Responsible Gaming section of your Account dashboard. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.

Closure by san77: san77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time after being requested to do so.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Discovery that the Player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 2.
• Discovery that the Account has been used by a self-excluded Player through a secondary account.
• Legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

Where an Account is closed by san77 due to a breach of these Terms, the remaining Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the eligible Balance will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which san77 holds its international operating licence.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, the Parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation for a period of not less than 30 calendar days following written notice of the dispute. If the dispute is not resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration conducted in the English language before a recognised arbitral institution in the governing jurisdiction. The arbitral decision shall be final and binding on both Parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either Party from seeking emergency injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights pending the outcome of arbitration.

13 Amendments

san77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, san77 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players by:

• Displaying a prominent notice on the Platform's homepage for a period of not less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.
• Sending a notification to the email address registered to each active Account.
• Updating the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact the support team to close your Account and withdraw any eligible Balance.

For urgent account matters — including suspected unauthorised access, immediate self-exclusion requests, or withdrawal delays — the san77 live chat service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, staffed by native Indonesian-speaking agents.

Formal complaints must be submitted in writing to the email address above. san77 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 24 hours and providing a full written response within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a formal complaint, you may escalate the matter through the arbitration procedure described in Clause 12.
